When the matter came up for hearing today (14.09.2017), the Dr.G. JAYACHANDRAN dpq learned counsel again requested for adjournment. Several adjournments had been granted by this Court and despite the same, the learned counsel did not utilise the opportunity. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
