THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26888 of 2008 Between:
Y.D.N. Mani, PETITIONER AND 1. The National Council for Vocational Training, rep. by its Director General of Employment Training, Government of India, New Delhi, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by Sri K. Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
