This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent herein in not paying the compensation to the petitioners properties bearing door Nos.26-118, 26-119 and 26-120, bearing D.No.27-2-16, Block No.27 and bearing D.No.14-147 situated at main Road, Parvathipuram which was acquired by the respondent for purpose of road widening as illegal and arbitrary.
Counsel for the petitioners was absent on 23-07- 2014 and the case is posted today. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. In consequence, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
