THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE L. NARASIMHA REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1469 OF 2013 ORDER:
This revision is filed against the order dated 06-03-2013 in I.A No. 1644 of 2012 in O.S No. 644 of 2010 on the file of the III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.
The necessity for the Court to deal with the matter is obviated on account of the fact that the suit itself was decreed. It is represented that an appeal is pending against the decree. Once the suit is decreed, all the interlocutory orders passed therein merge into the final judgment. In case, the parties to the suit intend to canvass the correctness of such interlocutory orders, necessary arguments in that behalf need to be addressed in the appeal.
Hence, the C.R.P is dismissed with the above observation. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
