JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the second respondent to direct the first respondent to take action on the complaint and to give protection to the petitioner to enter into his property.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a representation dated 28.03.2017 and since the same has not been acted upon, he has filed the present petition before this Court.
R.MAHADEVAN, J., sr Mr.C. Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2017, to be filed by the petitioner, along with this copy of the order and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and any of the interested parties. Such exercise shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction the criminal original petition is disposed of.
