Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that the impugned orders passed by the first respondent blacklisting the petitioner for a period of 3 years from the date of issue of Notice dated 26.12.2011 had come to an end. Subsequently, the respondents have issued work order to the petitioner.
2. In the light of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsels, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. As such, there is no bar for the petitioner to participate in the future tenders which are floated by the Government Departments. The said fact is also not disputed by both the parties.
3. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
