When the matter is taken up, Mr.S.T.S.Murthi, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 would submit that this writ petition challenging the correctness suspension order, dated 30.09.2016 has become infructuous, since the order of suspension has already been revoked and consequently, the petitioner has been reinstated in service.
2. Recording the statement, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
