JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the third respondent by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 29.08.2016 within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, learned counsel for the second respondent. Though the name of the third respondent is printed in the cause list, he has not appeared either in person or through counsel.
3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this court without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and after giving notice to the third respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
