JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.]
1. Mr.S.R. Raghunathan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.2/Bar Council of India. The learned counsel says that he has instructions to convey to the Court that the respondent No.2 shall issue certificate of practice to the petitioner within two weeks.
2. Mr. Elumalai, who appears for repsondent No.1/Bar Council of Tamil nadu and Puducherry, affirms this position.
3. Having heard the statement of Mr.S.R. Raghunathan and Mr. Elumalai, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the petition any further.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition along with connected pending application shall stand closed. No costs.
5. Post the matter for compliance on 11.12.2017.
