JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and pass orders on her representation dated 31.07.2017 in respect of cancellation of sub-division made in favour of 5th respondent relating to lands comprised in Survey No.430/1D, Panchakshipuram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2017, the 1st respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.Naveenathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2017, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
