JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1, 4 to 7 and Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2 & 3. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 5th respondent to pass appropriate order on considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2014 and 23.07.2017 as well as considering the communication of the 3rd respondent dated 17.10.2014 in respect of issuance of patta to the Survey Nos. 138/2A, 138/2B, 144/1, 145/1, 134/1, 134/2, 134/3, 134/4 & 134/5 belonging to the temples namely 1)Arulmigu Pandhaga Nachiamman, 2)Arulmigu Perumal Thirukoil, 3)Arulmigu Vinayagar Thirukoil, 4)Arulmigu Mariamman Thirukoil & 5)Arulmigu Veerabathirasamy Thirukoil situated in Jagadab Village, Krishnagiri Taluk & District.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representations dated 24.05.2014 and 23.07.2017, the 5th respondent has not passed any order so far.
4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 4 to 7 and Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 submitted that the 5th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 24.05.2014 and 23.07.2017 and pass orders, after giving notice to all the interested parties, as expeditiously as possible.
6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
