JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal in the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to comply with the direction dated 11.07.2016 issued by the 1st respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the direction given by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent has not taken any action against the 3rd respondent sofar.
4.Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the 3rd respondent is the brother of the Writ Petitioner and that there is a dispute between them and also submitted that both the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent are in arrears of rent payable to the 2nd respondent Temple. The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that the properly belongs to the Temple. The learned Special Government Pleader also submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law as per the directions of the 1st respondent dated 11.07.2016.
5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law based on the direction given by the 1st respondent on 11.07.2016, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd respondent.
6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
