JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders upon the enquiry conducted by him upon the complaint dated 24.03.2017 lodged by the petitioner, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the 3rd respondent had conducted enquiry and the parties had also appeared before him, the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders so far.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.J.H.Iniyan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the 4th respondent.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to pass orders in accordance with law, based on the enquiry conducted by him, after issuing notice to the 5th respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
