JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2017.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 28.03.2017 for demarcating and fixing the boundaries of her land in R.S.No.231/4B measuring an extent of 1.40 acres in Kolathupalayam Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tirupur District, the 1st respondent has not passed any order so far.
3.Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that on payment of necessary charges, the 1st respondent may be directed to complete the exercise in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 2nd respondent.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2017 on receipt of necessary charges to be paid by the petitioner and pass orders after giving notice to the 2nd respondent and other interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
