JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the Sale Deeds both dated 06.05.2015 vide Doc. Nos.3241 & 3242 of 2015, SRO, Tambaram.
2.Mr.V.Bhiman, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017 given to the respondents to cancel the Sale Deeds, the respondents have not considered the same yet.
3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 4th respondent.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017 to cancel the Sale Deeds dated 06.05.2015 in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 4th respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
