JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in Na.Ka.3422/2015/A dated 11.09.2015 within a time frame.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the appeal before the 1st respondent as early as on 11.09.2015 challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent has not disposed of the same yet.
3.Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 11.09.2015 filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
