JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned communication containing the petitioner's individual marks and the remarks as ?Not Selected? published in the Respondent website on 09.09.2017 by the respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent to select the appoint the petitioner as the Grade-II Police Constables or Grade-II Jail warder or Fireman within the time stipulated.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.This Court by an order dated 30.10.2017 has passed the following order:-
?It is represented by the learned counsel on both sides that in complying with the earlier order dated 10.10.2017, the copy of the mark sheet of the petitioner has been furnished by the respondents.
2.The learned Additional Advocate General further submits that the copy of the said mark sheet will be produced before this Court in order to justify the contention of the respondent that the marks awarded to the petitioner is the same as communicated in the said mark sheet.
3.For production of the said mark sheet before this Court, post this matter on 15.11.2017.?
5.In compliance of the aforesaid order dated 30.10.2017, the learned Additional Advocate General has produced the copy of the mark sheet before this Court after serving the copy of the same to the petitioner, in order to support the contention of the respondent that the marks communicated to the petitioner is the same as indicated in the mark sheet. There is no discrepancy in the marks awarded to the petitioner from what has been communicated to the petitioner.
6.In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the matter. Recording the same this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
