The writ petition is flied seeking directions to the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioners as Physical Education Teachers with effect from the date of their initial appointment and to grant all consequential benefits. It is contended that Ext.P4 representation had been preferred by the petitioners and the same has been forwarded to the Government and that the file is numbered as K2/49/17/G.Edn and is pending before the first respondent. 2. In the above view of the matter, there will be a direction to the first respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation preferred by the petitioners with notice to the petitioners and after hearing the representative of the petitioners, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The petitioners shall produce a copy of the writ petition along W.P.(C) No. 7942 of 2018 2 with a copy of the judgment before the first respondent for compliance.
The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
