JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is the owner of a building. The premises was let out to respondents on lease rent.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to consider and dispose of Ext.P2 representation for executing a fresh lease deed and enhancing rate of rent.
This Court is of the view that the respondents shall consider the petitioner's claim for enhanced rent in accordance with law. Appropriate decision shall be taken within a period of three months.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
