JUDGMENT / ORDER

Vinod Chandran, J.
The petitioners were aggrieved with the obstruction caused to the carrying on of their work by respondents 5 to 13. Fifth respondent was originally the contractor of the 1st petitioner and the said contract was terminated for reason of the disputes that arose between them. The second petitioner was then appointed as the first petitioner's contractor, whose work was being obstructed by respondents 5 to 13. An interim order was granted on 11.2.2016. Based on the said interim order, there is no obstruction caused as of now, is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners. However, it is apprehended that again hostilities may be renewed. In such circumstances, if any obstruction is caused, then the Police shall be informed and they shall take appropriate action to avert such obstruction. This Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
