The matter can be given as quiet as by directing the respondent to convene a timing conference as early as possible. This is to give effect to the order in M.V.A.R.P No.292/2006 on the file of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal.

2. The timing conference shall be convened within a period of one month from today. The petitioner shall in the meanwhile be permitted to operate service on the basis of Order No.194/99 dated 24.4.2003 of the respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
