(i) to call for the records of the second Respondent relating to orders in Roc.No.13117/A/2016 dated 29.3.2016, quash the same and issue consequential directions to the second Respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for retransfer from Attur to Salem in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 20.7.2015 and in the light of policy of the Government of Tamilnadu with regard to transfer of physically handicapped employees (WP.No.26759 of 2016);
(ii) call for the records of the second Respondent relating to order in Roc.No.14850/A/2016 dated 29.3.2016, quash the same and issue consequential directions to the 2nd Respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for retransfer to Salem (WP.No.26760 of 2016); and
(iii) call for the records of the second respondent relating to order in Pro.Roc.No.15009/A/2016 dated 29.3.2016, quash the same and issue consequential directions to the 2nd Respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for retransfer to Salem (WP.No.26761 of 2016).

2. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to pursue all available alternative remedies by giving representations to the concerned for reconsideration of the entire issue on merits. No costs. Consequently, all connected pending WMPs are also dismissed.
