So far no reply has been filed. In the meantime, the petitioner had been appearing for hearing on various occasions. It was not sufficient for the respondents to take any steps for filing reply. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned AGP requested for time for filing reply.
Looking to the disputes involved in the petition, it is not possible to proceed without a proper reply from the Government. In spite of the aforesaid order, no reply is filed by the respondentState Government. Hence, the respondentState is directed to file reply on or before 13.12.2012, failing which, respondent no. 2 shall remain present before this Court at 1100 hrs.
