Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
Shri I.H. Farooqui, Assistant Solicitor General of India, has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1 submits that he has received the instructions. He prays for and is granted fortnight time to file counter affidavit to which rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week.
He further submits that he will serve the copy of the counter affidavit to the counsel for the petitioner outside the Court.
List immediately thereafter.
