This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondent herein has wilfully disobeyed Annexure A1 judgment delivered by this Court on 31.5.2014 in W.P.(C) No.8589 of 2013. 2. When the contempt case came up for hearing today, learned counsel on both sides submitted that though an appeal has taken from Annexure A1 judgment before a Division Bench, it was submitted that the petitioner will be transferred back to Thiruvananthapuram and that later by order passed on 18.8.2014, the petitioner was transferred back to Thiruvananthapuram region by giving him a posting in Mukkolakkal branch of Indian Overseas Bank.
In such circumstances, I find no grounds to entertain the contempt case. It is accordingly closed.
