JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is the holder of dealers license. It has validity upto 31.03.2015. The second respondent, Sub Inspector of Police has seized petitioner's dealers license alleging that the petitioner has found in possession of unauthorised cash memoranda. Petitioner's case is that he is not in possession of unauthorised case memoranda.
2. Learned Government Pleader submits that petitioner's seized articles have been produced before the competent jurisdictional magistrate.
3. In view of the above, petitioner shall approach competent jurisdictional magistrate. If petitioner moves such an application for interim release of the seized articles, Magistrate's Court shall release the seized articles to the Geologist of competent jurisdiction. This shall be done within a period of ten days of moving such application. Thereafter, the Geologist shall verify whether petitioner is in possession of unauthorized P-form. If petitioner is not found in possession of any P-form in violation of W.P(C).No.26932 of 2014 N 2 any existing rules, the Geologist shall issue duplicate dealers license to the petitioner and also necessary P-form. After verification by the Geologist, he shall return entire articles received from the Court to the Court within seven days.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
