Wilayatali vs Mohd

During the course of hearing , both the sides have jointly requested this Court to direct expeditious hearing of the Regular Civil Suit No. 393 of 2004. Keeping in mind the disputes between the parties, request is acceded to. The trial court is directed to hear and dispose of the same as far as possible within one year from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

Interim relief granted earlier in this petition stands vacated. This petition stands disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
