JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Heard Mr. Zubin F. Bharda, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr. N. J. Shah, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the judgment dated 3.3.2011 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.2536 of 2011.
3. The grievance of the appellant is that when the appellant went to execute the Sale Deed, the Sub-Registrar refused to register the Sale Deed unless the appellant incorporated that the appellant would be personally responsible in pursuance of a decision in Regular Civil Suit No.15 of 2009. According to the learned counsel for the appellant, this condition could not have been imposed by the Sub-Registrar.
4. This is an allegation which is not proved by any other material on record. The Sale Deed has been executed on 11.1.2011 voluntarily by the appellant and the same was executed not under any threat, coercion or undue influence. For the aforesaid reason, we do not find any illegality in the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge. This appeal fails and is accordingly dismissed. Parties shall bear their own costs.
