(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed by the appellant - original respondent No.4 challenging the interim order dated 14.2.2012 passed in Special Civil Application No.618 of 2012 by which the learned Single Judge has issued notice to the respondents and made it returnable on 28.2.2012 and has granted interim order of status-quo which is to be maintained by all the parties including the appellant till the returnable date. The matter will be coming up tomorrow before the learned Single Judge for further hearing.
In this view of the matter, since the learned Single Judge has fixed the writ petition for 28.2.2012, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, interest of justice will be served if the learned Single Judge is requested to decide the writ petition itself tomorrow subject to His Lordship's convenience.
With the aforesaid observation, this Letters Patent Appeal is finally disposed of.
In view of disposal of the appeal, Civil Application also stands disposed of.
