Interest of justice will be met in case this special civil application is disposed of in the terms that for the grievances made by petitioner, the petitioner first to make a detailed representation to the respondent and if such a representation is made, the respondent shall decide the same within two month from the date of receipt thereof, if the grievances of the petitioner have not already been redressed. Where the order goes against the petitioner on representation, liberty is granted to her for revival of this special civil application.
