The orders made by the trial court in both the matters are stayed by the Court. Learned Advocates appearing in the matters are requesting that instead of deciding the matter on merits, the trial court be directed to dispose of the suits as early as possible so that the parties may not be required to bear expenses for a long time. In view of this statement, we direct that the trial court shall dispose of the suits on or before 15th November, 2000. However, it is further directed that the Advocates appearing in the matter shall not ask for the date and if the application is made and is granted, then the time granted shall automatically extend the period granted by this Court.
Interim relief granted by this Court to continue till the disposal of the suits.
