Sri N. Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings, if cause of action arises and law permits.
Permission is accorded and the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this writ petition shall stand closed.
