ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry into the affairs of the fifth respondent society with specific reference to the allegations of allotment of plots from 2007 onwards by the Managing Committee and take necessary action.”
At the hearing, Smt.Bobba Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioners, sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 10.11.2014, is also addressed to the Registry to that effect.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.15163 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
