ORDER Petitioner in the above writ petitions has sought for a writ of certiorari by quashing the orders of reference dated 28.06.2016 at Annexure ‘F’ and 04.03.2016 at Annexure ‘H’ annexed to the respective writ petitions.
2. After arguing the matter for sometime on 22.08.2017, at the request of learned Additional Government Advocate, the matters were adjourned to today to enable him to get instructions to frame proper issues. Accordingly, learned Additional Government Advocate filed memos dated 30.08.2017 along with the amended issues framed by the State Government dated 28.08.2017 (wrongly shown as 2016 in W.P.No.9717/2017) to that effect in both petitions.
3. The same are placed on record.
4. In view of modified issues framed by the State Government, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petitions would not survive as they have become infructuous.
5. The submission is placed on record.
6. Accordingly, writ petitions are disposed of as they do not survive for consideration.
