The petitioner approached this Court in the year 2008 seeking the following reliefs:
a. To call for the records relating to Exts.P1 to P3 and to issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents 2 and 3 to provide a space in Old Bus Stand for establishing Milma Booth to the petitioner and also to issue license to carry out the said function;
b. To issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider and pass orders in Exts. P2 and P3.
2. This Court is of the view that if the petitioner files a fresh application before the respondent municipality, the same shall be considered in accordance with law without any delay.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
