(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) Learned advocate Mr.Vasavada proposes to seek clarification from the learned Single Judge. He states that the respondents shall not proceed further before the Labour Court pursuant to the direction by the learned Single Judge.
