After we have shown our disinclination for entertaining this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the First Information Report lodged under the NDPS Act under Section 8/21, petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to avail other legal remedies as available to him.
Permitted to withdraw.
However, we do not give liberty to the petitioner to prefer petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. after withdrawal of this petition.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
