Heard Shri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Wasim Masood, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
The petitioner has filed an appeal along with the stay application before the U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority against the impugned demand. This fact is not denied by the respondents. The order may be passed on the stay application filed by the petitioner within next ten days.
Till orders are being passed on the stay application, no coercive action may be taken against the petitioner.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Copy of this order be given to Sri Wasim Masood, learned Counsel for the respondent no.2 within 24 hours for necessary communication and compliance.
