Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to the court below i.e. the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 8 district Saharanpur to decide the Special Trial No. 91 of 2018( State Versus Wasim and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 109 of 2018 under section 376 , 120-B I.P.C. and section 3/4/17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, P.S. Sarsawa district Sarahanpur. pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 8, Saharanpur.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the trial court for expeditious disposal of the case. The case of the petitioner commences in the year 2018.
The petition is rejected at this stage with a liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition at the appropriate stage.
