This criminal revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 19.3.2019 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sambhal at Chandausi in Case No. 297 of 2016, Smt. Mauajjama versus Wasim, under Section 125 Cr.P.C, P.S.Nakhasa, District Sambhal whereby Rs. 3500/- per month to the wife as maintenance has been awarded by the court below.
Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the revisionist has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness much less than any abuse of the court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order. Rs. 3500/- per month maintenance amount to the wife as has been fixed by the court below cannot be said to be either excessive or disproportionate in the present days of high price rise. The impugned order reflects judicial application of mind. The entire facts and circumstances of the case have been well gone into by the court below. The order contains sufficient and cogent reasonings. No good ground is made out to interfere in the impugned order.
The revision lacks merit and stands dismissed.
