(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that pursuant to the earlier order, the petitioners are continuing with their unit for further period of three months under the observation of the GPCB on compliance of the conditions indicated in our earlier order.
In such circumstances, we extend further trial run under observation of GPCB for a period of three months. In case of non-compliance of any of the above conditions, the GPCB will be entitled to mention the matter for further order.
