Raval, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Gujarat Pollution Control Board [GPCB] submits that on inspection by the GPCB on February 15, 2012, it appears that the petitioners have not complied with the norms prescribed by it. In such circumstances, we extend the trial run for further period of 8 days from today. If within the aforesaid period, the petitioners comply with the norms prescribed by the GPCB, we will consider the question of extension of further trial run.
Let the matter appear on March 1, 2012. Let this order be communicated to the electricity supplying company so that the petitioners can get the electricity up to the next date of hearing.
