Criminal misc. time extension application no.1 of 2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By way of the instant application, the applicant has sought for extension of time of the order dated 26.03.2019 passed by this Court.
Submission is that because of personal inconvenience, the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- as was directed to be deposited by the applicant vide conditional bail order dated 26.03.2019 of this Court could not be deposited till date, for which he regrets. Now the applicant is ready to deposit the same, if some time is granted to him.
Considering the submissions, the applicant is allowed to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- till 15.08.2021 which will be given to the informant/victim. In case compliance is made, report whereof shall be submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh or the court concerned, as the case may be, to this Court.
In case compliance is not made, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh shall issue non-bailable warrant against the applicant and send to jail.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant application is disposed of.
Let a copy of this order as well as order dated 26.03.2019 passed by this Court be sent to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh, forthwith, for necessary follow up action.
