2. Present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 19.03.2018 lodged against the petitioner and registered as Case Crime No. 0156 of 2018 under Section 494 IPC, Police Station- Robertsganj, District-Sonbhadra.
3. Learned A.G.A. states that police has submitted final report.
4. Since Police has submitted final report, petitioner has now remedy before Magistrate concerned. Hence this Court has nothing to do further in the matter.
5. Dismissed accordingly.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
