Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed for clarification of the order dated 8.7.2014 on the ground that during investigation the offence under section 307 IPC has been converted under section 308 IPC. There is no ground to clarify the order dated 8.7.2014. Such prayer is refused.
Accordingly this application is dismissed.
