Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vibhuti Narain, learned counsel who has accepted notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.
Petitioner has approached this Court challenging a show cause notice dated 05.02.2018 why his license may not be cancelled for alleged violation of the terms and conditions of the license. Though there is nothing on record but learned counsel for the petitioner made an oral statement that a reply to the aforesaid show cause notice has already been filed.
Treating the fact to be correct, we dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent 3 to consider the reply filed by the petitioner and to take appropriate decision in accordance with law by reasoned order within two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
