Petitioner has moved an application before the Waqf Board on 01.03.2021 for constituting a Committee in respect of waqf property. Grievance is that such application is kept pending without any orders passed upon it.
Sri Devendra Mishra, holding brief of Sri Punit Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for respondents states that in case no decision has already been taken upon petitioner's application, the authority concerned shall take appropriate decision upon it in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed off with a direction upon the second respondent to take appropriate decision upon petitioner's pending application by passing an appropriate order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
