2. 30% of (1) above to be added as future prospects 30% of Rs. 3,500/- = Rs. 1,050/- per month.
3. 1/10th of (1) and (2) above deducted as personal expenses of the deceased (Rs. 3,500 + Rs.1,050) = Rs. 4,550/- per month. 10% of Rs. 4,550/- = Rs. 455/- per month.
4. Compensation after multiplier of 13 is applied (Rs. 4550-455)= Rs.4,095/- Rs.4,095x12x13= Rs. 6,38,820/-
5. Loss of consortium Rs. 1.0 lakh
6. Total compensation awarded Rs. 7,38,820/-
7. Less amount awarded by Tribunal Rs. 2,30,000/-
8. Balance Rs. 5,08,820 The aforesaid amount of Rs. 5,08,820/- will carry an interest of 7% per month from the date of accident till the date when the amount is paid. The said amount shall be paid by the insurance company within six weeks from today. The record of the case , if any, should be transmitted to the Tribunal within two weeks from today.
