Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge-sheet dated 12.04.2018 as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.3712 of 2017 (State Vs. Wakeel Mansoori) arising out of Case Crime No.700 of 2017, under Section 420 I.P.C and Section 4 of Price Cheats and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978, Police Station Lisari Gate, District Meerut pending in the Court of A.C.J.M, Court no.6, Meerut.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has been falsely implicated by the police under the alleged sections.
In that view of the matter, he is permitted to move discharge application through counsel before the trial Court within a period of two weeks and the trial court shall decide the same within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
Till the discharge application is decided, no coercive measures shall be taken against the applicant.
With the aforesaid directions, application stands disposed of.
