1. This appeal has been filed by sole appellant-Wahid Ali son of Munney. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi vide letter dated 13.07.2018 has informed that sole appellant, has died about 7 years back. This report has been submitted after making inquiry as per this Court's Circular dated 18.01.2017. The appeal, therefore, stands abated.
